Northern Skys - Lake of the Woods
Located 12 miles North of Baudette within walking distance of Sportsman’s Lodge and several resorts, the public landing, and bait shops. Open May – Mid-October. Our sites are 50′ X 70′ and 50′ X 80′. All include water, septic, 50 AMP electric, cable TV, Wifi, picnic table, and fire pit. A playground, dumpster, vending machines, and a shower house are located on the property with coin-operated laundry.
The pool and hot tub at Sportsman’s Lodge are available to use at no extra charge. Site renters are also welcome to enjoy Sportsman’s bar, restaurant, game room, rent a charter boat as well as the many services they offer. Within a mile, there are also two convenience stores with bait and gas, a liquor store, several resorts, bars, restaurants, and Wheeler’s Point public boat ramp. Oak Harbor golf course is just 3 miles away. Zippel Bay State Park is located 10 minutes away. The town of Baudette is located 12 miles away and Warroad 30 miles.
2022 Site Fees:
Annual (May thru Mid October): $2,375 for the season (plus electric)
Monthly: $600 per month (plus electric)
Nightly: $69 (2 night minimum)
Annual site payment: 50% due November 15 and final payment February 1 prior to the season.
Northern Skys RV Resort: Lake of the Woods is managed by Rock Island Home, Watertown West Metro, LLC. We require all RVs and RV Edition Fish Houses must meet the 15 year rule (or otherwise pre-approved by management).
